Irony in Lawsuit Over Dapplegray Zoning
I am extremely upset that the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District has sued the city of Rolling Hills Estates over the zoning of Dapplegray. Isn’t it ironic that the city is being sued for trying to preserve our schools?
Our City Council must not let the school district intimidate them into changing the Institutional Zoning. We need to preserve our schools for future generations.
And, it is well-documented that past and present school board members secretly and selectively gave waivers of developer fees to their friends and business associates. (See the taxpayer’s lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Case No. C685285.)
Why isn’t the school district suing its former and present school board members and former superintendent for their conflicts-of-interest?
