Band Cancels Performance

C+C Music Factory has canceled its scheduled performance tonight at the Antelope Valley Fair & Alfalfa Festival because the group’s rapper, Freedom Williams, is ill, according to fair officials.

The other acts at the 8 p.m. concert will go on, however, with singers Tara Kemp and Corina performing as scheduled. Fair officials said Stevie B., a rhythm and blues singer, will replace C+C Music Factory at the event.

Fair officials said people who do not use their tickets for the concert can receive refunds after the fair closes on Labor Day.
