Creditors Reportedly Seek Control of Weintraub: Creditors of bankrupt Weintraub Entertainment Group reportedly are seeking control of the company. The movement is reportedly being led by Bank of America and Credit Lyonnais Bank Nederland, which have $85 million in loans to Weintraub. A hearing on the company’s future is set Sept. 4 in federal bankruptcy court in Los Angeles.
