Gregory Carrington Drumond, 40, was booked on suspicion of robbery at the Brea Police Department.
A Brea police spokesman said the incident occurred at about 4 p.m. when the suspect used a toy gun to rob the bank of an undisclosed amount of money.
Helicopters from the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department and Anaheim police tracked the suspect’s pickup truck from the air while Fullerton police officers assisted in the chase on the ground, the spokesman said.
