Deloitte & Touche has named Robert R. Garland vice chairman.
Garland had been the accounting firm’s group managing partner for Southern California and office managing partner for Los Angeles. He will continue in the Southern California managing partner role, but John T. Cardis will assume his Los Angeles managing partner role. Cardis had been deputy managing partner of the firm’s national office.
