Orion Extends Deadline: Orion Pictures Corp. has extended the deadline for completing debt restructuring talks with its bondholders to Aug. 16. The deadline was to have been Tuesday. Orion said discussions with bondholders are continuing. The troubled film company said it will be unable to meet a $1.2-million interest payment until discussions were completed.
