CMS Enhancements of Irvine Expecting Losses
IRVINE — CMS Enhancements Inc. said it expects to report a loss for its quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, blaming lower revenue, declining profit margins and various onetime expenses.
The company said this week that it will take a writeoff of more than $8 million for the fourth quarter.
Sales for the fiscal year are expected to be about $131 million, or 70% of last year’s revenue of $187 million. The company expects to release its audited financial results in late August.
