South Korea Wants 120 F-16s: The deal for the General Dynamics Corp. fighters will be worth $3.81 billion, the Pentagon said. South Korea plans to buy 12 jets outright, assemble 36 from parts provided by General Dynamics and produce 72 under license. Seoul said in March that it had decided to buy General Dynamics jets instead of F-18s made by McDonnell Douglas Corp.
