South El Monte : 6 on Improvement Panel

The City Council has approved six committee members for Project Area 1 of the Rosemead Boulevard Business Improvement District.
James Andruss and Michael Owen will represent area property owners; Lawrence Beard and Daniel Meister will represent business owners; Elizabeth Ramirez will represent residents, and Ron Jenkins will represent the South El Monte Property Owners Assn.
Committee members promote commercial development along the Rosemead corridor, investigate any relocation of residents made necessary by new development and review any modifications to development plans for the area.
