The Car Dealers: Bob Tuttle, managing partner of the Tuttle-Click Automotive Group of new car dealerships, has been elected a director of the Motor Car Dealers Assn. of Orange County.
The 105-member trade group, founded in 1938, is the major political and public outreach arm of the county’s new car dealers. Among other things, it plans and supervises the annual Orange County International Automobile Show, held each winter at Anaheim Stadium.
The local dealer association has a new executive director, Kevin Allen, formerly of the Kansas Motor Car Dealers Assn.
Allen replaces Rod Alberts, who left for Michigan several months ago to take on the task of organizing the annual Detroit Automobile Show.
