Marguerite Woelfel has joined the real estate consulting group of the Newport Beach office of Coopers & Lybrand. She will be a managing associate and will concentrate on Resolution Trust Corp. matters. Formerly, Woelfel was a senior executive of the Carpenter Group, a consulting firm specializing in banks, savings and loans, and the RTC. Before that, she was a managing officer for the Federal Savings & Loan Insurance Corp. of Los Angeles.
