Executive Life Group Forms: Companies Concerned for Annuities of Retired Employees, or CoCare, has been formed by 25 companies to represent the interests of firms whose employees and retirees are affected by the seizure of Los Angeles-based Executive Life Insurance Co. The group is advocating full payment of benefits under the terms of Executive Life’s annuities for workers and retirees. The group is being represented by the law firm Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
