Klein ‘Casserole’ Piece Not to Everyone’s Taste
It seems as if Dianne Klein set out to promote a notion that all the women of Leisure World who have lost their husbands are desperately marching up and down the streets trying to shove casseroles into the hands of widowers. It isn’t so.
I lost my wife six months ago, and so far the widows I met are just as heartbroken and crushed as I am. No one has been knocking on my door, nor setting any traps.
The widows and widowers need words of encouragement, of understanding, not a degrading article like Dianne Klein wrote.
