Five New Bullock’s Planned: R. H. Macy & Co., the New York-based parent of the Bullock’s department store chain, said it will build five new Bullock’s stores in Southern California by mid-1995. At the Promenade mall in Woodland Hills, a three-story, 180,000-square-foot Bullock’s is to open in the fall of 1994. Macy’s said it will also replace two I. Magnin stores, including one at the Promenade, with new buildings. Macy’s said it will build an additional eight stores in other parts of the country by mid-1995.
