Don Bosco Student Wins $4,000 Stipend
Carlos Perez of El Monte, a graduating college student at Don Bosco Technical Institute in Rosemead, has won a $4,000 scholarship from the Southern California Edison Co.
Perez plans to major in civil engineering at Cal Poly Pomona.
