* Paul J. Lustig has been appointed president and chief executive of Sara Lee Bakery’s North American operations. Lustig will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations in the United States and Canada, and the Wolferman’s division.

Lustig, 41, has served in a variety of marketing and general management positions for the past 14 years at Greyhound-Dial Corp.

Sara Lee Bakery is a division of Chicago-based Sara Lee Corp.
