Pacific Chorale Announces Its 3-Show Season

IRVINE — The Pacific Chorale has announced a three-concert 1991-92 season at the Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa. Music director John Alexander will conduct programs at 8 p.m.
* Oct. 26: Haydn’s “Mass in Time of War,” Lukas Foss’ De Profundis, Dvorak’s “Heirs of the White Mountain.”
* Dec. 14: Mack Wilberg’s “Tres Cantus Laudendi,” settings of the Ave Maria by Franz Biebl and Gustav Holst, Ariel Ramirez’s “Gloria Dios,” seasonal carols for choir and brass.
* March 28, 1992: A capella music by Brahms, Schumann, Debussy, other composers.
A non-subscription “Messiah” sing-along will be held on Dec. 10, 1991, at 7:30 p.m.
Season tickets: $30 to $100. Tickets to individual programs (on sale Oct. 1): $15 to $40. “Premium seating,” in the Center’s first tier, is priced at $100 each or $275 for the season. Tickets for the “Messiah” sing-along: $10 and $15. Information: (714) 252-1234.
