Shamrock to Distribute Some of Its Enterra Shares

Shamrock Holdings, a Burbank investment firm headed by Roy Disney, plans to distribute a portion of its 12% stake in Enterra Corp. to certain of Shamrock’s employees as bonuses.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Shamrock said it granted rights to five of its employees to receive up to a total of 284,635 Enterra shares out of the 1.9 million Shamrock holds overall.
Enterra is an energy services concern based in Houston.
