CRIME SELLS: It has been out less than a week, but crime writer Ann Rule’s book on Anaheim Hills computer entrepreneur David Brown already is on B. Dalton Bookseller’s national top 10 list. Rule is known for her bestseller on serial killer Ted Bundy. Her new work, “If You Really Love Me,” tells how Brown masterminded the 1985 murder of his fifth wife and could outstrip a new book on another well-known Orange County case: Dennis McDougal’s “Angel of Darkness,” on serial killer Randy Kraft (E1).
