Carolyn See’s article reminded me of the rich ore of poetic talent we have here, which is so often ignored by the general public and the press.
It’s not easy to put “40 years of literary history” into one article, but she caught enough to bring back many memories for those of us who appreciate the untrammeled freshness, insouciance and audacity of West Coast poetry.
