MISSION VIEJO : School Boundaries Topic at Hearings
The Saddleback Valley Unified School District will have several public hearings to discuss changes to attendance boundaries affecting three elementary schools and a fourth that will open this fall.
On April 10 at Montevideo Elementary School, 24071 Carrillo Drive, the subject of the hearing will be the district’s recommendation to transfer 220 pupils from that campus to De Portola Elementary School, 27031 Preciados Drive, to ease crowding.
A hearing April 11 at Cordillera Elementary School, 25952 Cordillera Drive, will focus on the attendance boundaries recommended for the elementary school scheduled to open in September on Pittsford Drive in El Toro. The Pittsford boundaries will also be discussed April 17 at De Portola.
