The Big Yawn: “Dick Tracy” was voted the 1990 film that caused you to watch the backs of your eyelids instead of the movie. The Warren Beatty movie was named the Most Boring Film of 1990 by the New Jersey-based Boring Institute in its seventh annual Most Boring Films of the Year Awards. “RoboCop II” won for most boring action film. The Big Stars--Big Flops awards for actors that have appeared in a series of duds went to Jim Belushi, for “Mr. Destiny” and “Taking Care of Business,” and Debra Winger for “Everybody Wins” and “Sheltering Sky.”
