The Warren Beatty movie was named the Most Boring Film of 1990 by the New Jersey-based Boring Institute in its seventh annual Most Boring Films of the Year Awards. “RoboCop II” won for most boring action film. The Big Stars--Big Flops awards for actors that have appeared in a series of duds went to Jim Belushi, for “Mr. Destiny” and “Taking Care of Business,” and Debra Winger for “Everybody Wins” and “Sheltering Sky.”
