Storm’s Runoff, Drought Raise Issues of Conservation, Waste
- Share via
All my life my parents taught me civic responsibility. I’ve done everything possible to conserve water the past couple of years.
Now I know it was all worthwhile because myself and thousands of other persons probably saved the 6 billion gallons of water that was released from Prado Dam That this was done primarily to protect the least Bell’s vireo makes me feel real good.
If someone will let me know, maybe we can save another 6 billion gallons to save a spotted owl, a least tern, snail darter (or was it darter snail?) or some form of cacti.
