21-Year-Old Stabbed in Chula Vista Fight

A 21-year-old man was in fair condition after being stabbed several times during a fight that may have been-gang related, Chula Vista police said.
Michael Paul Sanchez was in fair condition at UC San Diego Medical Center with multiple stab wounds, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Sanchez flagged down an animal regulation officer in the southwest Chula Vista community of Otay about 4:15 p.m., police spokeswoman Korki Bottoms said. He said he had just been in a fight and was bleeding profusely, Bottoms said.
Sanchez said the fight took place a block away in an alley in the 200 block of Montgomery Street, Bottoms said.
