Switzerland’s Vreni Schneider survived a stumble on her second run to win a women’s World Cup slalom race at Lake Louise in Alberta, Canada.
Schneider, 26, had a two-run time of 1 minute 26.22 seconds to defeat Sweden’s Kristina Andersson by .33 seconds.
