Jeff Folick has been named to the newly created position of president of Secure Horizons, a division of Cypress-based PacifiCare Health Systems. Folick, who joined Secure Horizons in 1989 as vice president, will have overall operational responsibility for the company’s senior health plan in California. Previously, Folick was president of Peak Health Plan of California. He has also held management positions with HealthWest, Allegheny County Hospital, Valley Presbyterian Hospital and Blue Cross of California.
