Japan Giving Peru $167,000 in Aid to Fight Cholera

TOKYO — Japan will give Peru additional medical aid worth $167,000 to help fight a cholera epidemic, the Foreign Ministry announced Thursday. The aid, to be channeled through the Japan International Cooperation Agency, is in addition to $104,000 in assistance that Tokyo provided in February.
