Results Clarified
In response to a Jan. 20 story on a recent survey of the residential brokerage community, I would like to offer the following clarifications:
1--The selection criteria used in the National Relocation and Real Estate magazine’s survey of 100 residential real estate brokers in the United States calls for each of the companies to be independently owned or privately held. Because Coldwell Banker did not meet this criteria, we were not included in the survey.
2--In fact, Coldwell Banker California had a 1990 sales volume of $9,579,000,000, making it the leader is sales volume by more than $1 billion over the company listed in the survey as No. 1.
