COLLEGE BASKETBALL: WOMEN’S ROUNDUP : UCLA’s Moore Gets Her 400th Victory

DeDe Mosman sparked an 11-2 run midway through the second half with two three-point baskets and UCLA made five free throws in the final 1:51 to defeat Oregon, 82-74, and present Coach Billie Moore with her 400th career victory Friday night at Eugene, Ore.
Rehema Stephens led the Bruins (13-11 overall, 8-6 in the Pacific 10) with 21 points. Oregon (10-13, 3-10) was led by Sara Wilson, a freshman center from Hart High, who scored 28 points.
USC 65, Oregon State 60--A layup by Juleah Woods followed by Lisa Leslie’s short jump shot with four seconds left clinched the victory for the Trojans (14-10, 8-6) at Corvallis, Ore.
The Beavers are 13-10 and 5-8.
