Insult to Injury: It’s not enough that NBC’s 3-week-old series “Sunday Best” is getting disastrous ratings against CBS’ “60 Minutes” (the show’s second outing on Feb. 10 ranked 90th among 94 programs that week, attracting a mere 8% of the people watching TV at the time). Now it’s getting ridiculed on its own network. On his “Weekend Update” segment of “Saturday Night Live” this weekend, Dennis Miller introduced what he said were the highlights of the previous “Sunday Best”: They consisted of host Carl Reiner saying good night.
