Winners Announced in Design Contest

Winners of the Western Automotive Design competition at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena have been announced.

Mike Ma won the first-place award of $2,500; Paul Kirley, second place, $2,000, and William Yex, third place, $1,500.

The students designed vehicles ideal for a long-distance road trip in the Western states. The contest was sponsored by Sunset magazine.
