No Criminal Negligence at Concert: Salt Lake City police have found no criminal negligence in the death of three teen-agers crushed at a rock concert given by the Australian group AC/DC last month, a prosecutor said Sunday. “We couldn’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt that any person or persons acted in concert with one another in the deaths,” County Atty. David Yocom said. The father of 14-year-old Curtis Child, who died at the concert, has filed a civil suit against the band, the county and the concert sponsors, seeking $8 million in damages. More than 13,000 fans attended the Jan. 18 concert.
