FBI Interviews of Arab-Americans

From what I’ve read in The Times, I’d say FBI agents should show more discretion and respect in their dealings with Arab-Americans, but I also feel the Arab community should lighten up.
I find their insistence that they could be interned just like the Japanese-Americans were 50 years ago to be disingenuous. Either they’re woefully out of touch with America today, or they prefer to think the worst about their adopted country, which I find racist in itself.
If an FBI agent stepped on my toes to save a life, I’d say “ouch” and thank him very much.
