Jack Elway, former coach at Stanford, San Jose State and Cal State Northridge, was hired today as coach of the Frankfurt Galaxy of the World League of American Football.
Elway, 58, father of Denver Broncos quarterback John Elway, has a .650 winning percentage as a head coach and assistant coach on the high school, community college, Division II and Division I levels during a 34-year career.
