Robber Shoots and Kills 1 of His 3 Victims

A man robbed three pedestrians in Koreatown a few minutes past midnight Thusday, then shot one of them dead before running away with an undetermined amount of cash, police said.
Three men were confronted by a man armed with a handgun in front of 2676 W. Pico Blvd. He demanded and took cash from them, then shot one of his victims in the head, Sgt. George Pardo said.
The victim, not immediately identified, died at the scene. His two companions escaped injury. The gunman fled with an undetermined amount of cash.
