Tonight at 6, KOCE Channel 50 will carry a live edition of the “MacNeil-Lehrer NewsHour” updating the Persian Gulf War. Regularly scheduled programs will resume from 7 to 11 p.m., when “America Goes To War: A Frontline Special Report” will be shown. Frontline specials will air all week at 11 p.m. on KOCE as the war continues. Monday at 9 a.m. and again at 2:30 p.m., KOCE will carry “Kids Ask About War,” a 30-minute program designed to help parents and children cope with the Middle East crisis.
