9 Hurt in Collision Leaving Rose Bowl

A van loaded with University of Washington students leaving the Rose Bowl game in Pasadena collided with an empty school bus near the Foothill Freeway Tuesday evening, injuring all eight occupants of the van and the driver of the school bus, authorities said.
The victims were being treated at several area hospitals, Pasadena Fire Department officials said.
Names of the victims, who were not believed to be seriously hurt, were not immediately available.
