Morgan Gets Custody of Daughter in N. Zealand
Associated Press
WASHINGTON — Former Washington plastic surgeon Elizabeth Morgan has been awarded custody of her 8-year-old daughter in New Zealand, two Washington television stations reported.
Morgan must remain with her daughter, Hilary Foretich, in New Zealand, WUSA-TV and WRC-TV said Thursday. Morgan accused her ex-husband, oral surgeon Eric Foretich, of sexually abusing the child. To prevent him from visiting Hilary as a court ordered, Morgan sent her into hiding and was jailed for more than two years.
