STATE : Lotto Jackpot Goes Unclaimed

No one picked all six winning numbers in Saturday night’s “Lotto 6/53” drawing, leaving the $4.8-million jackpot unclaimed, lottery officials said today.
They predicted that this week’s top prize will reach an estimated $9 million by Wednesday night’s drawing.
Two tickets, however, had five of the winning numbers and the bonus number. Those tickets, each worth $281,995, were sold in Novato and Los Angeles.
Another 102 tickets had five of the six numbers and 7,130 tickets had four of the selected numbers. Those tickets are each worth $5,529 and $71, respectively.
