The San Diego State men’s basketball team opens its season with an exhibition game against the High Five America club at 8 tonight at Peterson Gym.
The Aztecs have suffered some nagging injuries since practice opened Oct. 15, but most are expected to play--including center Marty Dow, SDSU’s co-Most Valuable Player last year, and guard Arthur Massey.
High Five America is a San Diego-based team consisting of university graduates who wish to educate the public on drug and alcohol problems. The best-known High Five members are former Purdue guard Troy Lewis, former SDSU forward Sam Johnson and former University of San Diego guard Paul Leonard.
