Fishing Boat Capsizes; 22 Feared Drowned

COLOMBO, Sri Lanka — A fishing boat ferrying marooned villagers across a flooded area capsized Friday and at least 22 people were feared drowned, police said.
The victims had been stranded in Talawilla by monsoon rains, according to police officials in nearby Wennappuwa, 30 miles north of Colombo.
