Visa Cards Issued for Czechs, Chinese: Visa International said a Prague bank has issued the first internationally accepted Visa cards to Czechoslovakian citizens. The company said three Polish banks will issue internationally accepted Visa cards by next June. Also, the largest retail bank in China, serving nearly half the country’s 1.18 billion people, has begun issuing Visa credit cards to its customers, Visa International said.
