Santa Maria 42, Simi Valley 6--Jason Gullage, a Santa Maria tight end and defensive back, caught three touchdown passes, recovered a fumble and made an interception to lead the Saints in a rout of host Simi Valley.
The Simi Valley offense was held to minus-11 yards in the first half. The Pioneers’ only score came on a 33-yard strike from quarterback Tim Kirksey to wide receiver Brian Balleweg.
