T-Bill Yields Fall: Yields for 52-week T-bills fell to 7.34% at the monthly auction, the lowest since 7.21% on Jan. 11, the Treasury Department said. The government said it sold about $10.5 billion worth of the bills and that the average investment rate was 7.88% at a price of $9,257.80 per $10,000 face value. At the last auction June 28, the bills yielded 7.52%.
