San Dimas : Ceremony for City History
A ceremony to present “San Dimas-Preserving the Western Spirit,” an updated history of the city since it was incorporated in 1960, is scheduled today.
Nick Polos, a retired college professor, wrote the book with the help of a volunteer committee that provided research material.
The council earmarked $50,000 for the 360-page community profile in celebration of the city’s 30th anniversary. The ceremony will be at 3:30 p.m. in the council conference room, 245 E. Bonita Ave.
