3 Gidley Students Win for Essays on Recycling
Three students at Gidley School in El Monte are winners of an essay contest, “The Importance of Recycling Glass,” sponsored by InCon/Ball Glass Co. of El Monte.
The winners and their prizes are Albert Esparza, first place, $100 savings bond; Tony Scurto, second, $50 bond, and Bernadita Rocha, third, sports bag.
