24 N.Y. Women Shot With Blowgun Darts

Associated Press — NEW YORK -- A man with a homemade blowgun has stung as many as 24 women with tiny darts fashioned from pins or needles, police say.
“We have no idea why he’s doing this,” Deputy Inspector Robert Frankel said Tuesday. “This whole thing is weird.”
