Grand Jurors Take Oath for 1990-91

Members of the 1990-91 Orange County Grand Jury were sworn in Monday during a ceremony presided over by Superior Court Judge David O. Carter.
L. Grant Baldwin, a retired manager with Kaiser Permanente, was appointed foreman for this year’s grand jury.
Other grand jury members, selected by a committee of Superior Court judges, are: Ruth E. Little, Merwin A. Griffiths, Geraldine McGrath, Alice Dwyer, Max J. Mayfield, Jill A. McCauley, William A. Guthrie, Eileen F. Wood, Connie M. Adams, John L. Lombardo, Cheryl A. DiBenedetto, Clista E. Stephens, Kathryn H. Grant, Vinton P. Ostrander, William O. Bennett, Neva J. Endsley, Haskel E. Carson and Curtis O. Bluemke.
