Restaurant Manager Slain by Robbers
GARDEN GROVE — A manager of a popular seafood restaurant was found shot to death Saturday, and police said she apparently was the victim of robbers.
Employees found the body of Mary M. Streeter, 64, of Santa Ana in a pool of blood at Delaney’s restaurant when they showed up for work about 2:30 p.m. The restaurant is located in the 12000 block of Valley View Avenue.
Garden Grove Police Sgt. Mark Byrne said investigators believe Streeter was killed late Friday night or early Saturday morning by robbers who fled with an unknown amount of cash. There are no suspects.
