Brian J. Myers has been appointed vice president of forward planning for TMC Developments Inc. He will be responsible for marketing strategies for land development projects, disposition and acquisition of real estate assets, builder relations and product development. Myers joined the Costa Mesa-based real estate developer in 1987 as development manager. Before that, he was a senior project manager for a Newport Beach real estate consulting firm.
